"The first conference of its kind in Alberta for students, by students."
A Simple, Student-Centered Vision
This conference, organized by students, will bring together and help Alberta graduate and senior undergraduate students training in community health sciences and public health to situate their work within Albertan, Canadian, and global contexts, allowing them to explore their program, field of study, and career opportunities from various perspectives alongside established and accomplished leaders and researchers. Students will meet, interact, have the opportunity to enhance their learning experience through the presentation of their research, engage in career development, and learn about current and future career opportunities from organisations across Alberta.
Province-Wide Support and Participation
With stewardship from the University of Calgary, University of Alberta, and University of Lethbridge, as well as Alberta Health Services and Alberta Innovates-Health Solutions, CASCH provides an opportunity for new and experienced students to explore synergies and to support one another through shared experiences and collaboration.
A UNIVERSITY Venue
CASCH 2018 will take place at the MacEwan Conference Centre at the University of Calgary from Friday September 14 to Saturday September 15, 2018. This year's conference will include world-renowned keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, break-out sessions, and the opportunity for students to share their research through oral and/or poster presentations. These activities will provide students with the opportunity to network, collaborate, and participate in professional development.
Great! Registration isn't quite open yet but check back soon to ensure you can reserve a spot at this memorable student conference.
